Two village boys, and one long road
We grew up in small villages and walked to government schools every morning. We weren't toppers. Not many people expected much from us, and for a long time we didn't expect much from ourselves either.
It was only as young men that we understood what education can do for a life. So we kept learning, one step at a time and often while working: a postgraduate degree, then a B.Ed, then more qualifications.
Then came the part nobody prepares you for: finding a place in a school. For close to twenty years we applied to one school after another. We sent CVs, travelled for interviews and waited for calls that often never came. Most of the time we never learnt why we weren't chosen. Along the way we met hundreds of teachers living the same story: qualified, passionate and invisible.
That shared struggle brought the two of us together, and we kept coming back to one question. Why should a good teacher's future depend on luck or on knowing the right person? And why should a school struggle to find a teacher who is out there looking for it too?
EduStaff India is our answer. It's the platform we wish we'd had, built so that the next teacher doesn't have to walk the road alone for twenty years.

We want every good teacher in India to be seen, and every school to find the teacher it truly needs. Luck, contacts or fees shouldn't decide either. What this means in practice:
Free for teachers, always. No registration fee, no service charge, nothing to pay to get noticed. If we ever charge for anything, it will be only after we've successfully placed you.
No application lost in silence. Every application shows where it stands: Applied → Reviewed → Shortlisted → Interview → Hired.
More than a CV. Free language and psychometric assessments, with certificates, so you can show schools what a piece of paper can't.
Real people, face to face. We bring schools and educators together online and offline: regular job fairs, and as we grow, education conferences, professional development programmes for teachers and leaders, school improvement programmes, and campus connects with B.Ed colleges.
We won't tell you we're the biggest.

That's why every application on EduStaff has a visible status, and we encourage every school to respond, even when the answer is no.
2. Marks at 15 don't define a teacher at 35.
We weren't toppers, and we turned out to be teachers.
We judge people on who they are today: their skills, their dedication and how they teach. A demo video or an assessment certificate can say more than an old mark sheet.
3. Free means free.
We know what it costs to chase a job when money is tight.
Teachers never pay to register, apply or be seen. If we ever charge, it will be only after we've helped you find your place.
4. Every school matters, from the village to the city.
We were shaped by small government schools.
A rural school looking for one good teacher deserves the same care as a large institution hiring twenty.
5. Your story is yours.
Your career is personal, and so is your data.
Your CV, documents and assessment results are shared only with the schools you choose to apply to. We will never sell your data.
6. Honest over impressive.
We'd rather earn your trust than impress you.
We won't inflate our numbers or promise you a job. We'll tell you what we can do, what we can't do yet, and keep working on the gap.
